Recent Job: Failed Ducted System Replaced at a Narrabundah Villa
A ducted system at a spacious Narrabundah villa was no longer giving the homeowner the heating or cooling they needed.
The system could not reach or hold the selected temperature. Airflow was very poor, and the indoor fan motor was making a strong whining sound.
Our inspection found that the indoor board and fan motor had failed. The existing 7kW system was also too small for a villa needing closer to 14kW.
We removed the failed Toshiba system and installed a new ducted reverse-cycle system. The AirTouch controls were adapted, and the new system was tested and handed over.
The villa was left with stronger airflow and more reliable temperature control.
